A simple question asked by users of the twitter. Yesterday Twitter crash down till an hour which was a major loss for advertising business. Many Mobile users complaint that Twitter weren’t showing new Tweets.
Social networking site Twitter is back after a problem that took the web service offline for over an hour yesterday afternoon (5pm BST).
The company described the problem as having been caused by a ‘cascading bug’ in one of its infrastructure components. After this incident, Twitter’s software was rolled back to a previous stable version to save from a major loss.
Mazen Rawashdeh, the company’s vice president of Engineering, said in a blog post that the past six months have seen Twitter stable and available for an average of 23 hours, 59 minutes and around 40 seconds of every day.
