President Zardari signs Contempt of Court bill’ 2012
Islamabad, Pakistan: The contempt court bill 2012 became law on Thursday after President Asif Ali Zardari signed it.
Presidential spokesman Farhatullah Khan Babar said in a statement that ”The president had signed the bill.”
The bill was approved by the Senate last night a couple of days after National Assembly adopted it amid protest by the main opposition party the Pakistan Muslin League-Nawaz.
