Facebook to convert all the profiles to Timeline
London, UK: Facebook has finally decided to convert all the profiles (about 950 million users) to Timeline, a new modification to Facebook, by this fall. There is no exact date available but Facebook has only given the time frame of this fall.
Facebook timeline is a new layout of your profile which will bring back all what you have been doing on Facebook since you first logged in. All your old private messages to friends and family, pictures, status updates and stuff will come to limelight after timeline is activated. Facebook will give you all only seven days before activating the new profile with a timeline. It means that you have only seven days to decide what you want to make public and what are the things that are going to trash? One can also add stuff to timeline like pictures of your first birthday party.
According to the latest survey about17 % Facebook users are actively deleting the content from their timeline. And it suggests that people are not very comfortable with timeline thingy by Facebook. Because every thing from your Date of Joining till date is Public and you can also not change the privacy of Cover Photos.
