Apple bans 8 Samsung devices including Galaxy S series in US

Washington, USA: Apple has filled the petition in court to ban South Korean Samsung’s eight devices including Galaxy S II, S, Prevail, Droid Charge and Tab 10.1 in the United States. This act by Apple came after winning software and design patent case against Samsung over iPhone and iPad.

According to the verdict issued, the devices listed have all infringed on Apple’s patents or trade dress allegations in one way or another. Apple filed petition to oppose ban against Galaxy S 4G, Galaxy S2 AT&T, Galaxy S2 Skyrocket, Galaxy S2 T Mobile, Galaxy S2 Epic 4G, Galaxy S Showcase, Droid Charge and Galaxy Prevail, Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet.
