According to local police of Gujrat, ”The assailants riding motorbikes followed Tufail’s car and attacked him in Civil Lines area of the city. Resultantly Tufial and his gunman were died at the spot.”

Chaudhry Muhammad Tufail was a General Secretary of PML-Q district Gujrat and member central working committee.
